The copy captured the brand's authentic, warm personality while avoiding aggressive sales language. Each email felt like a conversation with a friend, not a pitch.

Results

The sequence achieved a 32% average open rate (industry standard: 16-18%), a 4.8% click-through rate, and converted 12% of new subscribers to first-time buyers—a 3x improvement over their previous welcome sequence.
